What reserving means
It is free, and nothing is taken until you choose to buy.
Nothing is charged today
Reserving is free and holds your place at the package you chose. You then get 48 hours of early access to buy it before the open sale, and a place not bought in that window goes back to the pool. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, sold by Stripe, in crypto, or by Interac e-Transfer in Canada. Pre-orders are not sold in Quebec until launch.
We check who you are first
We verify your age and where you live once, before a place is held. That decides your price and whether we can sell to you at all, so it comes before the place rather than after the money.
Your price follows where you live
It is set once from that verification and recorded against your account. It does not change when you travel, and it is never read from your connection.

How your price is worked out
Ten per cent off for verifying
Verify your identity in full when you buy and you get another ten per cent off, for the whole pre-order period and the first year after launch. Fully verified customers cost us less to serve, and we pass that saving on.
Canadian dollars, plus tax
Every figure here is in CAD. That is the currency you are charged in, wherever you live, and tax is added at checkout. Your band stays the same for a subscription after launch, so backing it early never moves you into a different one. Every price is rounded up to a whole dollar.
