The yearly figure is a per-month rate paid for the year ahead, not a second price list. "A taste" of the Strategy Lab is a few drafts and critiques a month; the add-on is $89CAD plus tax a month with 3 extra autopilot slots, inside the plan's bot total, sold when the Lab launches. A pair limit counts the pairs your running bots trade.

It is for people on a smaller plan who want to build and test their own strategies without moving up a whole plan. Every strategy you make is tested after real costs, the same way ours are.

Kestrel Eye add-on$49
A month, as the Kestrel site prices it today: Kestrel's live calls, Copy Kestrel and its explanations inside the app, for plans that do not include them. Packages from Permafrost up have them already. Copy Kestrel runs Kestrel's calls as your own paper bots, under your own rules and caps; the explanations tell you, in plain words, why each call was made and where it would be wrong. Kestrel's calls are not advice and its lanes have not yet proven an edge after costs; the record shows exactly how they are doing.

One exchange, a few ideas
You keep your crypto on one exchange. You want a grid on a pair that moves sideways and a ladder buying slowly into one you plan to hold. That is two or three bots on one exchange: Glacier's limits cover it, and the free paper account lets you try it today.
Two exchanges, one set of rules
You hold some on one exchange and some on another, and want the same budget and stop-loss rules running on both, with several bots each. That is more exchanges and bots than Glacier allows: Arctic is built for it.
Your own strategies
You have ideas of your own and want to test them properly, after fees, on history they were not built on, before they touch even paper. That is the Strategy Lab: built into Borealis, or as an add-on on the smaller plans.
How your price is set.
One price list, five bands, worked out once from where you live and never from your connection.
Set by your country
Countries are placed in bands against the World Bank income classification, which is published and revised every year, so anyone can look up why their country sits where it does.
Your band follows your country of residence, set once when you first sign in. It does not change when you travel.
Ten per cent off for verifying
Everyone proves their age and where they live before they can buy, because where we may sell depends on it. Verify your identity in full, with a government document and a live photo, and you get another ten per cent off.
Fully verified customers cost us less to serve, with fewer disputed payments and less work checking who someone is, so we pass that saving on.
You can verify when you first register, or wait until you buy. The discount holds for the whole pre-order period and the first year after launch. What we collect, and how long we keep it, is in the privacy notice.

Plan figures are per month at the monthly rate, in CAD, and every price is rounded up to a whole dollar. Tax is added at checkout, from where you live.

- Can I subscribe today?
- No. No plan is sold before real-money trading opens, and nothing recurring is set up before then. Until go-live every account trades on paper, free, at Glacier's limits. What you can do today is pick a pre-order package.
- I hold a package. Do I need a plan?
- Not while its months run: the package switches its plan on at go-live with the plan's full limits. When the months end nothing is charged by itself; you choose whether to subscribe, with your lasting discount if the package carries one.
- What does "for life" mean?
- For as long as you keep your account and we offer that plan. Superfluid's discount is also worked out from Borealis's launch price even if that price later rises.
- Does the yearly plan cost less?
- It is a lower per-month rate, paid for the year ahead, on every plan with a price. Prices are in Canadian dollars; your verified address sets your band, from full price down to a quarter of it.
