Straight answers about your money, your exchange key, what it costs and when you can use it. Where something is not settled yet, we say so.
- Do you ever hold my money?
- No. Your money stays in your own account at your own exchange. Atheron can place trades there, and it can never withdraw.
- Where is my exchange key kept?
- Wherever you choose. On your own computer with the desktop app, or encrypted in your account if you use the browser. Either way, you can revoke it at your exchange at any time without asking us.
- Can I see what it decided, and why?
- Yes. Every decision is recorded with the reasoning behind it, in plain words, and the record is yours to read.
- What does it cost?
- Three plans, Glacier, Arctic and Aurora, monthly or yearly, priced for where you live. Polaris, the enterprise plan, is quoted. The pricing page has every figure.
- Why is it cheaper in some countries?
- Because the same price means very different things in different countries. We use five bands set against the World Bank income classification, which is published and revised every year, so anyone can see why their country sits where it does. Your band follows where you live, set once.
- What is a pre-order package?
- A way to back Atheron before launch. Four packages, from two months of Arctic up to ten years of Aurora, at the same regional pricing as everything else. Two of them are limited.
- Which exchanges does it work with?
- The five exchanges it trades on at launch are on the home page, with who can use each one. More are on the way.
- When can I use it?
- It is still being built, and you can already watch it trade a paper account on the tech demo. Join the waitlist for one email when the open sale starts. Reserve a package, which needs a free account, and you get 48 hours of early access before it.

Trading carries risk, including the loss of the money you put in. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer of any kind, and nothing here promises a result.
Automation does not remove that risk, and it is no substitute for deciding whether trading is right for you. Only put in what you can afford to lose.
